Drop-Off Service Policies
- The customer must purchase any and all media (DVD, CD, VHS tapes, etc.)
used in the duplication process from CTLT. We do this so that we can ensure
compatibility with our hardware and ensure the widest playback compatibility
possible. In short – we do the research so you don’t have to.
- We reserve the right to refuse duplication of material! If the material
to be duplicated violates copyright laws, or goes beyond the scope of Fair
Use, or is outside of the scope of a teaching environment, we simply will
not duplicate it. We intend to uphold copyright laws to the best of our
ability - - we’re serious!
- The Drop-Off service is a scheduled service. Right now we do not have
a person on staff whose sole responsibility is to man the duplication services.
Therefore, your request needs to be scheduled with us. We’re working
on a first-come first-served basis and when you schedule a job with us,
we will give you an approximate turn-around date. Also, please bear in
mind that we may not be able to do that “rush-job”
- - so plan accordingly! Furthermore, larger jobs may need to be scheduled
in smaller chunks.
