If your department is interviewing prospective faculty members this winter and spring, consider adding a tour of the Center for Teaching, Learning & Technology to your candidates’ on-campus interview itineraries. CTLT offers 20 minute “candidate tours” which provide prospective faculty members with an overview of the Center’s facilities, programs, and services.
Candidates who tour CTLT during their campus visits can begin their first year of teaching at ISU with a clear sense of where to turn as they continue the process of becoming excellent teachers.
